Johnson & Johnson Infants’ Tylenol Class Action Settlement

EXPIRED
Johnson & Johnson Infants’ Tylenol Class Action Settlement

Johnson & Johnson has agreed to pay up to $6.3 million to resolve claims that its Infants’ Tylenol was deceptively packaged as being uniquely formulated for babies.

The settlement will benefit consumers who purchased Johnson & Johnson Infants’ Tylenol between Oct. 3, 2014 and Jan. 6, 2020.

The Infants’ Tylenol class action lawsuit claimed that the pain reliever was marketed to new parents by including text references to “infants” along with a picture of a mother holding her child. These representations allegedly caused consumers to believe that the medicine was specially created for infants.

The Infants’ Tylenol class action settlement will provide $2.15 to consumer for every 1 or 2 fl. oz. bottles purchased. If a Class Member can provide proof of purchase (receipts, etc.), they can collect an unlimited number of bottles. If a Class Member does not provide proof of purchase, they can collect up to seven bottles for a maximum payment of $15.05.

Your Claim Form must be submitted online by April 13, 2020.
