I never received the coupons that I had redeemed points for. I had enough points for 2 free juices. I redeemed points several months ago and still no coupons.

I can't find the survey. I clicked the link above, but nothing appeared as far as a survey goes.

you have to earn 2000 points before you can redeem for free coupon.take the survey for 1000 and signing up is 1000.then you go to rewards store.got mine !!!

Seems like a waste of time to fill out all that stuff and still don't have the points for some FREE juice.

Got my coupon on its way.. Love the free juice cartons, would go for these over a free soda any day, especially the Cool Juice coupon from earlier this year..

Michelle, you need 2000 did you verify you're email as well as take the survey?
I got mine fine, I was going to try and get the lip balm, but they were all out, I also wanted the water bottle but it was too much.
Sara doesn't think the survey was long, but mine was pretty long, maybe we got different variations, it was very repeditive. Worth it though, I'm not doing anything else right now.

Finally got through after who know how long. It wouldn't work on my computer though, so I had to do the whole thing through my phone. The survey is actually kind of fun. Pretty short too, and the prize is easy to redeem on e the site loads.
