Im so aggravated with people that just think by saying send me free sample or something like that they will have some common sense they don't know your name and address so how do you expect them to send samples to you without your info.!!! There is a green rectangle button on top it says " VISIT THIS OFFER" do me a favor and press it and feel out the form.!
