They canceled my order as well. Unfortunately, it sounds like it’s a scam.

Waste of time and probably a scam of some sort. The wrote me this email and then decided to cancel my order after: I’m thrilled you found Hefe Luxx as we are a small team of two and really appreciate your support. Sadly, we received a huge influx of orders and don’t have the inventory to fulfill every single one. The code “Sample” was actually for only one defective/sample insole (not a pair) to help you be able to try the insole in your footwear and get a feel for the material in hand. We shared this code with our customers and were very clear in the purpose and use of the code. Unfortunately, many people began to share the code and failed to let people know its true purpose, instead sharing it as a way to receive pairs of insoles from the company for free. We never anticipated this kind of support and want to offer you a 33% off on a pair in the future, just use code COMFORT when you check out. If you would still like the free sample insole, please let us know in a reply to this email. We fulfilled our samples on a first come first serve basis and if your order was not fulfilled, it will be cancelled. The code worked for me, but they canceled the order anyway. And they later said it would only be one insole and it would be defective, even if they hadn’t canceled all the orders. Might have been a scam to get personal info.
