Sam's Club offers Free Health Screening Events on the 2nd Saturday of the month—January through October.
Screenings take place in all clubs with a pharmacy from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on the 2nd Saturday of every month except November & December. The Screenings are available to Members and non-members age 18+ and are typically set up near the pharmacy or OTC (Over-the-Counter) area or in another high visibility area of the club.

Above states that you must be a Sam's Club member. However, if you click on the website, it states that membership is not required for the free health testing. So which one is it? Perhaps, you should call the Sam's Club in your area and inquire if the membership is necessary in order to do these health screenings.
