I got an email from them saying “You recently received an email with the subject "Your eCertificate for a Free Bag of Coffee Free Shipping." Your eCertificate is not yet active because there is one last step. You should have received a postcard with the free bag offer from a local business. Please take a photo of the back-side of the postcard (side with mailing address) and email it to us at redemptions@bocajava.com. Once we have the necessary post card information we will notify you that the eCertificate has been activated and you will be able to complete the transaction and receive your free bag of coffee. This final step is simple but if you have any problems please let us know.” So no it’s not free.
