Before you go signing up for this, look up "citizens energy and Hugo Chavez". There are a million different ways to look at this, but please educate yourself.

I finally got thru after about an hour. On hold for about 20 minutes. Just be patient and keep trying. Operator said application would be mailed our tonight. Have done this before and it helps out alot!

My state participates, but the line has been busy all day! A message comes on saying representatives are busy - call back later<br><br>:( i'm going to keep trying
