Firstly, I suggest everyone try out Dianna's link. Although I already succeeded in submitting my form, i tried out her link and it worked like a charm!

Secondly this may help if all else fails: This is a copy of what it say on Hunt4freebies.com:

To get the FREE Starbucks K-Cup Coffee Samples this page is redirecting back to the Starbucks homepage, so you will have to disable javascript to fill out the form. To do that in the Google Chrome browser, right click your mouse in the browser window when you’re on the Starbucks website and click “view page info”. Then under the permissions section, click to the right of where it says “JavaScript:” and select “always block on this site”. Click this link here again and you’ll be able to fill out the form.

It worked for me no problem! Maybe they fixed the glitch. Unless I happened to get lucky.

if you use mozilla,it is quick to click the firefox orange tab ,top left.choose options then options again.under the content tab uncheck javascript,fill out form then submit.remember to go back and check the javascript

I also followed the advice to stop the page from loading. But before I could I was redirected to the main site. So I had to keep hitting my back button from all the times I got redirected, then hit stop. When I finally could get all of the form to show up without the redirection. I filled it out, crossed my fingers, and it worked! It said in short, thanks, wait 4-6 for sample. *Note : my first attempt was mobile phone, then safari, and no luck with stopping the page. I switched to my tablet, kindle fire, and worked like a charm. Hope this helps whoever, :)

I followed the instructions to click cancel before it redirected to other page. great advice! However when I filled out form I didnt get any confrimation that I was accepted. But to no avail! when I reapplied I received this mssage:
Sorry! You have already
submitted a request.

flavored K-Cup® packs. However, our records
indicate that you have already registered for this
offer, which is limited to one per household.

So I guess this means I'm getting them, and probably anyone who managed to not get redirected to site before and who clicked submit!!!!!
